It's a Very Merry Gaslight Christmas - A Christmas show
to celebrate the Gaslight Company and their 25th year of touring
Australia. Featuring Christmans carols and songs. Tickets are $20 for
adults and $15 for seniors. 2.00pm at the Redland Performing Arts Centre,

Proclamation Day Community Breakfast - Featuring
historical displays, food, a recreation of the original Queensland
Ensign and an outside radio broadcast. Breakfast is free to the
first 150 visitors, gold coin thereafter. 6.00am to 9.00am at Newstead Park, Cnr Breakfast

Queensland state schools north of the 16th parallel of south latitude
or west of the 144th meridian of east longitude; or at Alpha, Aramac,
Augathella, Barcaldine, Blackall, Cameron Downs, Charleville,
Cunnamulla, Eulo, Hughenden, Ilfracombe, Isisford, Jericho, Longreach,
Muttaburra, Prairie, Quilpie, Tambo, Wyandra or Yaraka finish the
school year one week earlier than other state schools.
