Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Brisbane Wildlife

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, on the river at Fig Tree Pocket, is the oldest koala sanctuary in Brisbane - and we think it's the best value for overseas visitors who want to see some Australian wildlife as part of their stay in Brisbane. As well as koalas, and kangaroos, they have lots of Australian animals you can see close up - and you can feed the kangaroos and get your photo taken with a koala. 

You can drive to Lone Pine (there's a really big car park), go there as part of a coach tour, or travel down the Brisbane River on the Mirimar. See tours and links below...
