Bald Hills, Brisbane

Bald Hills is the northernmost suburb of Brisbane located approximately 20km the CBD. It is mostly residential, with houses rather than units, some local shops, a local primary school, and a train station (on the Caboolture line) providing easy access to the CBD and other northside suburbs.

The remaining bush land on the outskirts of the suburb is shrinking as new homes and estates are built, but cows still graze on the Bald Hills Flats. The local pub is the Bonny View Tavern.

There is a large Westfield shopping centre in the adjacent suburb Strathpine.
