page is enough
For some businesses, having a large custom-designed web site is not
necessary. For others, it is wise to start small and see what works before
investing more heavily.

- contact form - to encourage users to provide specific information - can

- low risk - the cost is no greater than a single display ad in the paper,
or a sign on your building
- flexibility - you can add other pages as you identify the need
A single home page can be enough when:
- you are part of a shopping centre with a web site that contains more
information
- you are a distributor and your manufacturer provides product details and a
link to your site
- you are part of a franchise that provides product details and a reciprocal
link to your web site
- you have only one service or product
